BLENDS
- Tea: 1) Prepare a cup of boiling water. 2) Fill a disposable tea bag with herb blend. 3) Add the tea bag to the cup of water and steep for 3-5 minutes. 4) Dispose of the tea bag and enjoy.
- Bath: 1) Fill the tub with water at temperature to your liking. 2) Use a small fabric sack (palm-sized) and fill about halfway with All-Natural Herbal Tisane, then place in water. 3) Let soak for 2-5 minutes and hop in.
- Smoke: All herbs used in our tisane blends are smokeable. Mix, grind, roll, and intake as desired and at one’s own risk.
