SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for shopping with us! We’re a small, grateful team and due to high demand and Covid-19 delays, orders may take longer than usual. Please allow 3-7 business days for order processing. You will receive confirmation once your order has been shipped.
All shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Standard Shipping usually takes between 3-5 business days and Domestic Express Shipping 1-3 days after your order is mailed out.
AWUEL PHOXE is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
MERCHANDISE
Please note that any official AWUEL PHOXE apparel merchandise (T-shirts, Hats, Hoodies, etc.) will typically ship separately from your order as items are produced on-demand. Do not worry if the products you’ve purchased arrive at a different time than the clothing--they’re on the way! In any case, if you have not received your entire order within 3 weeks, please do not hesitate to contact us at info@awuelphoxe.com.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
In the event you feel that a particular AWUEL PHOXE product you’ve purchased doesn’t arrive in standard condition or perform normally, please let us know.
Please note that our returns policy has been modified to COVID-19 guidelines: Unfortunately, there will be no returns or exchanges as all sales are final. If you find any of your product(s) missing, damaged upon arrival, etc. please contact our customer service at info@awuelphoxe.com and have your order number ready.
Should any refund be granted, payment will be returned based upon the original payment method. Purchases of gift certificates and/or sale items cannot be returned for a refund.
We reserve the right to subtract any restocking and processing fee(s) incurred from the transaction and customers will be responsible for handling the return cost. Products may be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased. The following products are currently not eligible for return: any perishable goods, any personal care items, and any accessories.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations within 24 hours of order placement shall receive a full refund. After this, automatic cancellations are not guaranteed. Please email us at info@awuelphoxe.com for any questions or to begin the order cancellation process.
